Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• The item must not be washed, damaged, altered, or worn
• The item must be returned with its original packaging when possible

Exchange:
You can request an exchange for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Return:
If your return request is accepted, we will guide you through the return process.

Non-returnable cases:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used, washed, damaged, or altered items.
